First Spice Mixing Company engaged Lazar Wealth Succession Strategies, in December 2016, to manage the benefits program that was already in place via Great West Life Assurance Company. As the newly installed General Manager of the company, staff were complaining about the benefits program and the fact that the program manager was never available. Almost immediately after his engagement, Mr. Isaac Lazar arranged for a “Lunch & Learn” session at our facility. He provided both lunch and an associate from Great West Life to answer our questions and concerns. All came away from the meeting feeling better about the benefits and now knowing that there is a real person there to answer any questions. Mr. Lazar has continued to be an attentive manager of our benefits program. We meet to discuss each year’s renewal and he makes sure that we understand the reports and is always prepared to answer our queries.
